Today we are becoming younger by doing just 4 of the following:
Slow down, be peaceful
Let go of negative emotions
Drink at least 6 glasses of purified water
(Drink Fiji Water if you feel "de luxe")
Eat real, non-processed food, avoiding sugar.
Try not to judge others
Surround yourself with positive people
Let go of clutter at home or at your desk
Exercise or just go for a walk in the neighborhood
Take a baby step towards something you wanted to do for yourself
Sleep more than you would and feel good about it
