Today we use LOVE. Use the power within you called LOVE to wipe out all negativity. Any situation of negativity in your life is simply the lack of LOVE. You can rely on it to obliterate every negative thing, because nothing can stand up against it. You can use LOVE on yourself or anyone else, and the more you use it, the more there will be. Call it your "inner source", your "strength" or just: LOVE. Send a little more of it outwards today, like a friendlier greeting to your neighbor perhaps.
And don't forget to send it to yourself ;-) Its like having protein every morning, see what happens to your life if you do it.
